The new ultrafiltration membrane spinning factory of Bangmo Technology Co., Ltd. was completed and put into operation in Shenwan Town, Zhongshan City, marking the official opening of a new development milestone of Bangmo Technology. Bangmo Technology Shenwan ultrafiltration membrane spinning factory is a new intelligent factory with many core technologies and achieves “first-class in the province, leading in the country”. It will continue to promote technological innovation and product innovation, and make more contribution to promoting development of high quality ultrafiltration membranes across the country.

In order to meet market demand, increase production capacity and reduce costs, Zhuhai Bangmo Technology Co., Ltd. started the ultrafiltration membrane spinning factory expansion project in March 2022. Construction area of the project is square meters, and it is equipped with 2 ultrafiltration membrane spinning production lines. The production capacity of each production line is increased by 3 times, and the daily output of ultrafiltration membrane is 10,000 square meters, making the products more competitive.

Based on the ultrafiltration membrane production planning and the overall integrated design of the information system, with the goal of lean, high efficiency and synergy, a modern production and operation system that matches it is fully constructed to reduce labor costs and improve quality control.
